Ingredients
- 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. whipping cream, sweetened and whipped
- 1 c. whipping cream, sweetened and whipped (for topping)
Method
- Mix the gelatine and sugar in a medium saucepan.
- Blend in milk.
- Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
- Do not boil! Remove from heat; add chocolate.
- Stir until chocolate melts, then beat with whisk until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Chill until almost set.
