Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Longhorn cheese
  • 1 lb. Cracker Barrel cheese
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. pecans, shelled
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. powdered onion
  • salt to taste

Method

  • Grind first five ingredients.
  • Cream Velveeta, cream cheese, powdered onion and salt into ground ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Shape into logs and roll in 1/2 paprika and 1/2 chili powder mixture. Wrap logs in plastic wrap.
  • Keep refrigerated.
  • Slice and serve on Ritz crackers.
