Ingredients

  • 2 box Lime Jello
  • 2 cans Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Horseradish
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 1/2 cup Green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Green stuffed olives
  • 1 Avocado, chopped
  • 2 cans Diced tomato with green chilies
  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin

Method

  • In a saucepan, pour in tomato sauce and package of unflavored gelatin. Dissolve gelatin, then heat. Add lemon jello to hot mixture and stir. Add lemon juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour into mold and chill until mixture begins to thicken.
