Ingredients
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 c. multi-colored mini-marshmallows
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Method
- In large saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Stir in the marshmallows and 1/4 cup nuts.
- Divide mixture in half.
- Shape each into a log about 1 1/2 inches in diameter and 6 inches long.
- Roll logs in remaining 1/2 cup nuts.
- Chill.
- Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
- Makes about 2 dozen.
