Ingredients
- 1 whole Unbaked 9 Inch Pie Crust
- 2 cups Prepared Cooked Pumpkin...i Used Fresh But Canned Is Ok Too
- 1-1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
- 2 whole Large Eggs
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/4 Tablespoons Ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoons Ground Cloves
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Allspice
Method
- Combine all ingredients except pie crust in a mixing bowl; mix well.
- Put your pie crust into a pie dish. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350F and bake for an additional 45 minutes or until set.
- Serve with whipped cream.
