Ingredients

  • 1 whole Unbaked 9 Inch Pie Crust
  • 2 cups Prepared Cooked Pumpkin...i Used Fresh But Canned Is Ok Too
  • 1-1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 2 whole Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 Tablespoons Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Allspice

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except pie crust in a mixing bowl; mix well.
  • Put your pie crust into a pie dish. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350F and bake for an additional 45 minutes or until set.
  • Serve with whipped cream.
