Ingredients
- 1 c. butter (real butter)
- 2/3 c. solid Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. Watkins coconut flavoring
- 1 c. coconut
Method
- Cream together butter, Crisco and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
- Add milk and flour alternately. Beat all together for about 2 minutes.
- Add flavoring and coconut. Spray Bundt pan with Pam.
- Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until knife comes out clean.
- Check closely.
