Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter (real butter)
  • 2/3 c. solid Crisco
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. Watkins coconut flavoring
  • 1 c. coconut

Method

  • Cream together butter, Crisco and sugar.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
  • Add milk and flour alternately. Beat all together for about 2 minutes.
  • Add flavoring and coconut. Spray Bundt pan with Pam.
  • Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until knife comes out clean.
  • Check closely.
