Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes (about 9 large)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water until tender and drain. Mash until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients until light and fluffy.
- Cool.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- They may be used anytime within 2 weeks or freeze.
- To use, place desired amount in greased casserole dish.
- Dot with butter and bake covered in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
- Serves 12.
