- 2 c. water
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. soft butter
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3 c. instant mashed potato flakes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream cheese
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. dried parsley
- 1/4 c. dried chives
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- With an electric mixer, combine water, salt, butter, milk, potato flakes, cream cheese, sour cream, onion, egg, parsley and dried chives. Mix well.
- Fold in Cheddar cheese.
- Turn mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
