Ingredients
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 cut fryer
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place rice in bottom of greased baking dish; lay pieces of fryer on rice and sprinkle with soup mix.
- Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper; pour over chicken.
- Bake at 300° for 2 1/4 hours; cover with foil for first part.
