Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons hot brewed espresso

Method

  • Stir together almond milk, honey, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and, if desired, pepper, in a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Using a milk frother, whisk almond milk mixture until frothy. Place espresso in a glass, and top with almond milk mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve immediately.
