Ingredients
- 2 large oranges or 4 small oranges
- 2 tsp. olive oil (1 tsp. per orange)
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
Method
- Peel oranges and divide into sections.
- Place in a bowl and stir oranges, olive oil and black pepper.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour. This is great after a heavy meal!
