Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. soft oleo
- 1 egg
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
Method
- Mix well. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 1 hour at 315°.
