Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 large head cabbage, cut in 4 wedges
- 1 can corned beef, crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 heaping Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. water (you may have to add more water)
Method
- Brown onion in butter.
- Cube potatoes.
- Cook all in large skillet, turning once or twice.
- (Layer ingredients in skillet in order given.
- Cook until potatoes are tender.) I use an electric skillet.
