Ingredients
- 8 lb. boneless pork butt or shoulder
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. dried sage
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Method
- Combine seasonings and sprinkle over meat cut in cubes.
- Grind meat and shape into desired patties or rolls.
- Freeze in meal size portions.
