Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dried leek soup mix
- 2 c. water
- 1 (6 oz.) can claw crabmeat
- 1 c. whipping cream
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
Method
- Dissolve soup mix in water.
- Add crab liquid and whipping cream.
- Simmer 20 minutes.
- Stir in crabmeat and wine.
- Heat. Serve warm.
