Ingredients
- 2 tsp. brown Sweet 'N Low
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. unsweetened orange juice
- 1 c. low calorie cranberry juice
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
Method
- Mix Sweet 'N Low, cornstarch and salt together in saucepan. Add orange juice, cranberry juice and raisins.
- Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour sauce over sliced ham.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yield:
- 2 cups or 21 servings of 1 1/2 tablespoons each. Exchanges:
- 1 1/2 tablespoons = 1/2 fruit.
