Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. brown Sweet 'N Low
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 c. low calorie cranberry juice
  • 1/2 c. seedless raisins

Method

  • Mix Sweet 'N Low, cornstarch and salt together in saucepan. Add orange juice, cranberry juice and raisins.
  • Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Pour sauce over sliced ham.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yield:
  • 2 cups or 21 servings of 1 1/2 tablespoons each. Exchanges:
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons = 1/2 fruit.
