- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic pod, minced
- 1 bunch green onions and 1 stalk celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato sauce
- extra seasonings (such as black pepper, red pepper and anything else)
Method
- Saute onions, pepper, celery, garlic and green onions until tender.
- Add crawfish and seasonings and cook for 15 minutes. Stir in the soup and tomato sauce and cook 15 minutes more.
- Serve with rice.
