Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crawfish tails
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 garlic pod, minced
  • 1 bunch green onions and 1 stalk celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • extra seasonings (such as black pepper, red pepper and anything else)

Method

  • Saute onions, pepper, celery, garlic and green onions until tender.
  • Add crawfish and seasonings and cook for 15 minutes. Stir in the soup and tomato sauce and cook 15 minutes more.
  • Serve with rice.
