Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- sugar
- unbaked 10-inch pastry shell
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 4 eggs
- vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- In a large mixer bowl at medium speed, beat together until smooth the cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 egg and 1/3 cup sugar.
- Spread over the bottom of pastry shell.
- Sprinkle with the pecans.
- In a large mixing bowl at medium speed, beat the remaining 3 eggs.
- Add the corn syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Beat until blended.
