Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese, cheesed
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion, season

Method

  • Melt butter, med low heat, add flour and lower heat .
  • Whisk for about a minute until flour is incorporated.
  • Don't let flour brown.
  • Add cream and milk and continue stirring until sauce is smonth and thick.
  • Season to taste after adding the milk in while its thickening I add 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, dash of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of minced onion season.
