Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, cheesed
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced onion, season
Method
- Melt butter, med low heat, add flour and lower heat .
- Whisk for about a minute until flour is incorporated.
- Don't let flour brown.
- Add cream and milk and continue stirring until sauce is smonth and thick.
- Season to taste after adding the milk in while its thickening I add 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, dash of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of minced onion season.
