Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef, snipped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 2 pieces toast
Method
- Melt butter in skillet; add snipped beef.
- Add flour and pepper (will be pasty).
- Stir in milk; cook together until bubbly and gravy consistency.
- Serve over toast (this is 1 serving). Double for 2 servings, etc.
