Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken, Shredded (I shred pretty big pieces, not fine)
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (your preference)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (bottled, your preference)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup extra-sharp cheddar cheese, Shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • In melted butter, toss together chicken, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper. Cook chicken thoroughly-- make sure chicken is slightly dry. Once cooked, turn burner on stove to low.
  • Add hot sauce and ranch; combine with chicken thoroughly.
  • Add softened cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Cream cheese should be mixed in completely with no lumps.
  • Add cheddar cheese and mix together until cheese has melted.
  • Serve on toasted buns.
