Ingredients

  • 1 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped basil
  • rind of 1 lemon
  • 8 x 1 cup vol au vents cases
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • green salad, to serve

Method

  • Combine cream cheese spread, chicken, eggs, capers, basil, and lemon rind.
  • Spoon mixture into vol-au-vents and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until filling is hot and pastry is golden brown.
  • Serve with a green salad
