Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked, diced, ham
- 1 (No. 2 can, 2 c.) green peas, liquid removed
- 1 can (1 1/4 c.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 4 med. size sweet potatoes, cooked
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. butter
Method
- Mix ham, peas and soup; pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Mash warm sweet potatoes; season with cinnamon, salt and butter.
- Beat till fluffy.
- Heap sweet potatoes on top of ham mix.
- Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 min.
- Makes 6 servings.
