Ingredients
- 1 bag (16 Oz. Size) Frozen Peas
- 3 Tablespoons Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Red Onion, Diced
- 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Cubed
- 3 Tablespoons Crumbled Bacon Pieces
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Method
- Pour frozen peas into a strainer and rinse with warm water. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and garlic powder. Stir to combine. Add red onion, cheese, and bacon pieces. Mix well.
- Add frozen peas, season with salt and pepper. Stir to thoroughly combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
