Ingredients
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 stalks celery with leaves and sliced
- 3 lb. chicken pieces
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. water
- basil, salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place carrots, onions and celery in crock-pot.
- Add chicken, chicken broth, water and seasonings.
- Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- Yields 6 servings.
