Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. chuck roast, cut up
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
- 3 potatoes
- 2 celery stalks
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 2 c. V-8 juice
Method
- Cook all day in slow cooker.
