Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • bottled hot pepper sauce
  • 7 c. round toasted oat cereal
  • 5 c. small pretzels
  • 3 c. salted nuts
  • 3 c. bite-size shredded wheat squares
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan

Method

  • In a saucepan, heat together the oil, Worcestershire, garlic salt, seasoned salt and several drops hot pepper sauce.
  • In large roasting pan, combine the cereals, pretzels and nuts.
  • Stir oil mixture well and drizzle over the cereal mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Bake at 250° for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with Parmesan and toss lightly.
