Ingredients
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots, drained and diced
- 2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
Method
- Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss well.
