Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method
- Combine chicken with celery and almonds in a bowl.
- Mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour dressing over the chicken salad and stir to combine.
