Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground meat mix (ground round, pork, veal)
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs, moistened
- 4 eggs or substitute
- 1 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced fine
- 4 or 5 sprigs fresh parsley, snipped
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Method
- Mix together all ingredients well; shape into small to medium size balls.
- Brown on all sides in skillet in olive oil.
- Cook in favorite tomato sauce recipe.
