Ingredients
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 bunch radish
- 1 (500 ml) carton cottage cheese
- 1 (500 ml) carton sour cream
- salt and pepper
Method
- 1 In a large bowl pour in cottage cheese and sour cream.
- Mix together.
- 2 Clean and chop the green onions and radishes into the bowl.
- 3 Salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 Put in fridge for 1 hour and serve.
- 5 Enjoy the fresh flavour.
