Ingredients
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten a little
- 1 stick oleo
- 8 oz. or 1 full c. dates, cut up
- 1 c. nuts
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Method
- Beat eggs; add sugar, melted oleo and dates.
- Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Scorches easily.
- Cook until you can handle.
- Add nuts and Rice Krispies.
- Mix well.
- Dampen your hands and spoon a small amount in your hand.
- Form a ball and roll in coconut.
