Ingredients

  • 2 (4 1/2 ounce. each) cans Underwood deviled ham
  • 12 ounce. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. liquid removed, crushed pineapple
  • 3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid warm pepper sauce
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • Assorted crackers

Method

  • In a medium bowl, mix together ham and cream cheese.
  • Stir in pineapple, green pepper, onion, and warm pepper sauce.
  • Refrigerate2 - 3 hrs.
  • On waxed paper, form mix into a ball or possibly log and roll in pecans and parsley to coat completely.
  • Serve with crackers.
  • Makes 2 c. spread.
