Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. margarine, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Spread crushed Oreo cookies on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (save 1/3 for top).
  • Mix together cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar; then fold in Cool Whip.
  • Mix pudding, milk and vanilla in separate bowl; then mix in with other ingredients.
  • Pour over cookie crumbs.
  • Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs on top.
  • Chill and serve.
