Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. white Karo syrup
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped fine
Method
- Mix first three ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan.
- Cook until it forms a hard ball in cold water, then fold in egg whites until it gets thick.
- Add pecans and pour into a baking pan.
- When cool, cut into squares.
