Ingredients
- 8 oz. Brown Sugar
- 3 oz. Salt, coarse
- 2 oz. Paprika
- 1 1/2 oz. Cayenne
- 1 1/2 oz. Black Pepper
- 1/2 oz. Cumin
- 1/2 oz. Thyme
- 1/2 oz. Oregano
- 1 t. Allspice
- 1/2 t. Celery Seed
- 1 t. Chili Powder
Method
- Mix all ingredients and rub on either side of beef ribs. Store in air-tight bag in freezer until use.
