Ingredients
- 3 or 4 cucumbers
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. sugar
Method
- Peel cucumbers.
- Sprinkle with salt, cover and refrigerate 3 hours.
- Rinse and drain cucumber.
- Combine onion in bowl with sour cream, vinegar, dill seed and sugar.
- Toss.
- Makes 6 servings.
