Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Place pecans and coconut in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on the box, pour over pecans and coconut.
- Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto top of cake mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
