- 1 (20 oz.) can Brunswick stew
- 1 (10 oz.) can pork with barbecue sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) can barbecue beef
- 1 (17 oz.) can lima beans, rinsed and drained (optional)
- 1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
- 1/4 c. commercial barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart Dutch oven; cook, covered, over medium heat 20 minutes, lifting lid and stirring occasionally.
- Yield:
- 7 cups.
