Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken tenders
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Plain flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 1/2 Beaten egg
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Parsley

Method

  • Remove any sinews from the chicken and flatten by pounding with the back of a kitchen knife.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine the and respectively.
  • Coat the chicken with , dip in , and saute in a frying pan.
  • Cover the pan to cook through and brown one side first.
  • Flip and brown the other side.
  • It's done when both sides are nicely browned!
