Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. coconut
- German chocolate cake mix
- 2 sticks margarine or butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 box confectioners sugar
Method
- Melt 1 stick of margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix pecans and coconut; place in bottom of pan.
- Mix cake mix as directed on box and pour on top of pecan mixture.
- Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 stick margarine.
- Pour this mixture on top of cake mix and spread.
- Bake at 325° for 55 minutes.
