Ingredients
- 5 lb. cleaned shrimp
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- red pepper
Method
- Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in margarine.
- Add all spices.
- Add shrimp and saute until done.
- Add mushroom soup and water chestnuts.
- Serve over rice.
