Ingredients

  • 5 cups of al dente penne, cooked
  • 1/2 yellow onion, minced
  • 2 T butter, divided
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded provolone
  • 1/4 cup brie
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Boil pasta and set aside. Simmer 1 T butter with minced onion on low for 15 minutes. Slowly add provolone, milk, cheddar and brie, stirring constantly. Mix until well blended, add cooked pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place in 9 x 12 loaf pan, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove foil and add panko crumbs and 1 T butter; bake for 10 minutes longer.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.
