Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 5 green onions (white and green parts)
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos, amino
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Method

  • Heat sesame seed oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic, onion, and white portion of the green onions. Saute until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
  • Add the ground pork, ground ginger, salt, pepper, and Sriracha or garlic chili sauce. Saute until pork is cooked through.
  • Add the coleslaw mix, coconut aminos or soy sauce, and rice wind vinegar. Saute until coleslaw is tender.
  • Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
