- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 5 green onions (white and green parts)
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 cup cabbage
- 3 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos, amino
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Method
- Heat sesame seed oil in large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, onion, and white portion of the green onions. Saute until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the ground pork, ground ginger, salt, pepper, and Sriracha or garlic chili sauce. Saute until pork is cooked through.
- Add the coleslaw mix, coconut aminos or soy sauce, and rice wind vinegar. Saute until coleslaw is tender.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
