- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 2 c. bean sprouts
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- egg roll wrappers (you find them in the produce section)
- peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. water
Method
- Brown beef in butter.
- Add vegetables and seasonings.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Drain and cool.
