Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 pieces white bread
Method
- Combine flour and shortening in saucepan.
- Add milk and salt; cook over low heat until thickened.
- Chop eggs and add to sauce. Spread on bread and bake in oven until bread is toasted.
