Ingredients
- 2 slices white bread
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 small ripe banana
- 2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
Method
- Mash the banana to a pulp. Spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread. Spread the mashed banana on the other. Gently press the two slices together. Melt the butter/margarine over medium-low heat in a small frying pan. Fry the sandwich on one side until golden brown. Flip and fry the other side. Eat by hand (this can be messy) or with knife and fork.
