Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. corn meal
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. oil
Method
- Combine flour and corn meal.
- Add milk and margarine; mix. Add egg and sour cream; stir until blended.
- Heat the oil in iron skillet; sprinkle with corn meal.
- Pour in mixture.
- Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
