Ingredients

  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. red chili powder
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 10 chili pods
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • onion powder to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt to taste

Method

  • Cook bacon.
  • Take out cooked bacon and put flour and chili powder in hot grease on low heat for a few minutes.
  • Stir in 1 can of chicken broth and some water until gravy is boiling.
  • Pour in blended chili peppers, along with whole garlic clove.
  • Simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Add salt, onion powder and garlic powder to taste.
