Ingredients
- 6 strips bacon
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. red chili powder
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 10 chili pods
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- onion powder to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- salt to taste
Method
- Cook bacon.
- Take out cooked bacon and put flour and chili powder in hot grease on low heat for a few minutes.
- Stir in 1 can of chicken broth and some water until gravy is boiling.
- Pour in blended chili peppers, along with whole garlic clove.
- Simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
- Add salt, onion powder and garlic powder to taste.
