Ingredients
- 2 whole Eggs
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
- 3/4 cups Ghiradelli Sweet Ground Chocolate And Cocoa, Or Any Cocoa Powder
- 2/3 cups Unsifted Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 4 whole Honey Graham Crackers, Broken Into Small Pieces
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, using a spoon, stir eggs together with sugar and vanilla. Once mixed well, add the butter.
- In a separate bowl sift cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt.
- Slowly stir dry mixture into wet ingredients. Mix, by hand, until just incorporated, about 40 strokes.
- Spread mixture into a well greased and floured 9" square pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove brownies, and add the marshmallows and graham cracker pieces on top. Pop it back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
- Let brownies cool completely before cutting.
