Ingredients

  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
  • 3/4 cups Ghiradelli Sweet Ground Chocolate And Cocoa, Or Any Cocoa Powder
  • 2/3 cups Unsifted Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 4 whole Honey Graham Crackers, Broken Into Small Pieces
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, using a spoon, stir eggs together with sugar and vanilla. Once mixed well, add the butter.
  • In a separate bowl sift cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Slowly stir dry mixture into wet ingredients. Mix, by hand, until just incorporated, about 40 strokes.
  • Spread mixture into a well greased and floured 9" square pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Remove brownies, and add the marshmallows and graham cracker pieces on top. Pop it back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Let brownies cool completely before cutting.
